Improving patient access and care is core to who we are, and we believe better, simpler communication is key to solving healthcare's biggest challenges — from affordability to availability. That's why we built OhMD: to give care teams and patients the freedom to communicate directly, putting the patient back at the center of healthcare. We're committed to breaking down the geographic, financial, and technological barriers that keep patients from quality care and telehealth, and we work every day to expand access on our platform and support others who share this mission.

Completed Blueprint Health Accelerator NYC in 2014

Joined a competitive healthcare-focused accelerator program, gaining mentorship and connections that shaped OhMD's early product direction.

2017 — MDP partnership with athenahealth

Became a member of athenahealth's More Disruption Please program, integrating OhMD with one of the industry's leading EHR platforms.

2019 — Raised $4M in funding
