OhMD Smart Assignments leverages AI to interpret the intent of incoming patient messages and intelligently route them to the appropriate team/teammate.
Smart Assignments
- New inbound messages will be automatically routed using AI to teams or teammates based on the nature of the patient’s message/request
- Administrators can assign teams or members to intent categories as needed to ensure the appropriate users are handling specific patient requests
- Categories are predetermined and encapsulate many topics from Appointments to Medication Refills to Requesting Medical Records.
Spend less time triaging messages and more time having meaningful conversations with patients.

Internal Colleague Note Improvements
Loving our new colleague note feature? We heard your feedback, and we’ve added a few new additions.
- Colleague notes are included in patient chat exports
- Colleague notes are included when documents are sent from OhMD to your EHR
- Put a colleague note in the wrong spot? Now you can move them just as you would move a patient message in a chat
