What We Are Looking For:

A smart, energetic, and motivated individual that wants to contribute to the growth of a company with huge potential to change healthcare. 

An Account Executive with OhMD is responsible for identifying, engaging, and establishing profitable relationships with sole practitioners, private physician groups, small to mid-size hospitals and/or healthcare organizations.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage full sales-cycles while appropriately leveraging internal and external resources
  • Successfully and consistently present the value of the OhMD brand
  • Demonstrate the OhMD platform over the phone and/or via the Web to relevant stakeholders
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities by maintaining active engagement with new prospects through creative prospecting and follow-up
  • Forecast sales activity and achieve / over-achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate, plan & execute a sales strategy for continued growth

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in healthcare, preferably in SaaS sales
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong inside sales skills, including outstanding phone presence, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, with the passion and ability of brand story-telling
  • Full lifecycle selling from prospect to implementation and occasional elements of Customer Success
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience with webinar and screen-sharing tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota in monthly/quarterly MRR goal
  • The desire, motivation, and drive to build something from scratch and successfully scale a new business endeavor

What’s the opportunity? 

The Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring that every user has an incredible experience with OhMD. That means we’re there to answer their questions and support them on their mission to deliver amazing patient care.

 

Customer Support Specialists will work directly with customers, identify areas for improvement, and interact with our product design team and engineers to help guide the direction of the OhMD platform.

 

What exactly will I be doing though?

  • Communicating with our clients and users over Intercom web chat and email.
  • Taking an issue from initial contact all the way to resolution
  • Becoming a wealth of knowledge on the OhMD product
  • Influencing the development of the OhMD product
  • Ensuring each customer receives an experience they are delighted with, and working with everyone on the OhMD team to make OhMD better every day.
  • Supporting marketing efforts & enhancing product support resources by writing informative and helpful client-facing content

 

What skills should I have?

  • Experience troubleshooting technology issues
  • A love for talking to people every day
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to simplify complicated topics and great writing skills
